Farmer's Voice organic fertilizer allows for the true taste and aroma of vegetables. The vegetables grown by Mr. Haneda are nurtured with an organic fertilizer called 'bokashi.' This fertilizer is made by mixing fish scraps, rice bran, chicken manure, rapeseed cake, and ash, then adding fermentation bacteria and aerating it by turning it over for a week. It is very labor-intensive, so many organic farmers purchase it, but Mr. Haneda makes it himself. That is why delicious vegetables are grown.

Horsehead Lab is located in Kambara-juku, the 15th post town on the Tōkaidō, in Shizuoka Prefecture. Enjoy beer brewed with delicious water, sunlight, and sea breeze at the foot of the majestic Mount Fuji!
About six months after the brewery was established, the idea of creating a beer named after our base, Kambara-juku, came up. Since we are using the name of a historically significant town that people have cherished, there is no room for compromise. Honestly, it was a struggle. Should we use the local specialty, mandarin oranges? It's not bad, but it's too easy. Similarly, tea leaves... this also does not align with the direction we want. As I hesitated over various options, I found myself back at the starting point as a brewer. Without resorting to gimmicks, I decided to create the most honest beer that matches the water sourced from this land. Isn't that what
I want to create a simple craft beer that is not difficult. Of course, this does not mean that the ingredients and process are simple, but rather as a concept. When we previously launched a low-alcohol New England IPA using lemongrass called 'April Come She Will', we received surprisingly many positive responses from people who usually do not drink craft beer. This also reflects the fact that this industry is not reaching the general public at all. A rich aroma that overflows the moment the cap is removed. Unpretentious. No need to be stiff. A Kumahara Hazy that doesn't stretch the budget! Medium... 1,078 yen, Large... 1,298 yen
The days have become significantly shorter, and the city is bustling with activity this season. How about taking a break with an ale that has the aroma of cinnamon, apple, and black tea? The pairing of black tea with beer is truly wonderful! However, due to the high tannin content that can impart an astringent taste (bitterness) not favored in beer, it is difficult to produce, and even major manufacturers do not actively use this secondary ingredient. On the other hand, if there is too little tannin, the essence of black tea is lost, so we have perfected it with our unique special method to achieve the best balance! The label features a relaxed bear enjoying afternoon tea in a snowy landscape. ・Medium…1,210 yen ・Large…1,430 yen There are more pages to come!!

The aroma features a tropical top note that transitions into a 10^60 harmony in the bouquet. The label design depicts a world of all things that continue into Nayuta.
