We have made our signature menu "Eel" into a course. We offer our standard "Kabayaki" and "Chawan-mushi (steamed egg custard)", as well as "Unagi-sukiyaki (eel in a pot)" with fresh eel! In addition, please enjoy "Unomaki" and "Mini Unadon (bowl of rice topped with eel)".
The menu also includes "homemade roast beef", "sea bream shabu", our signature "eel skewers and liver skewers", and Fujiya's popular "chicken tempura" \(^o^)/ "eel steamed egg custard", and "sashimi".
Nabe is very popular as a seasonal appetizer now! The salted beef nabe using Japanese beef small intestine, grilled Spanish mackerel with herring roe, and Fujiya's popular chicken tempura are also included. Fujiya's popular "Chicken tempura" is also included \(^o^)/ Of course, "Chawanmushi" and "Sashimi" are also available! The final dish is "Japanese-style roasted rice cake".
