The sauce at Shinbashi Yakitori Makoto has been carefully prepared and replenished daily since its establishment in 1968, using a 'secret recipe sauce.' Every day, hundreds of skewers are grilled, enhancing the flavor with the deliciousness of the meat and deepening the taste of the 'secret sauce.' First, please enjoy our proud yakitori with this 'secret sauce.' Our 'yakitori' and other grilled skewers are carefully grilled over charcoal. There may be times when you have to wait depending on the time of day, but we appreciate your understanding. Additionally, we grill them slightly lighter, so you may see some redness, but the charcoal temperature is high, and there is no change in hygiene or meat quality. If you have any concerns, please let us know, and we will re-grill it for you.
