อาจอชิ ทอรโนมอน

You can't leave Ajoshi without trying our homemade Kyoto cold noodles! The noodles, made from scratch upon order, are meticulously crafted for perfect elasticity and smoothness! The golden soup that pairs with the noodles is a special blend, carefully developed through trial and error using beef and vegetables as a base! Be sure to savor Ajoshi's heartfelt Kyoto cold noodles for just 1,100 yen and up.

Ajoshi Nabe is our original dish! The center is simmered with a special sweet and spicy sauce, featuring hosomai, senmai, highland pork, beef, cabbage, bean sprouts, and chives, while the edges are prepared with gyeran mari (Korean-style rolled omelette). Alternating between the sweet and spicy hot pot and the rich and creamy gyeran mari makes for an addictive dish!

Ajoshi's specialty steamed pork (using Kyotanba Kogen pork) is carefully prepared with selected ingredients and cooking methods, resulting in a moist and satisfying dish!

Includes a small serving of rice for the finish
