This is a course of meltingly delicious Agu pork shabushabu and wonderfully tasty Ishigaki beef. The feature of real Agu is that it does not produce acridity. It is ready to eat when the white fat turns transparent. The Ishigaki beef is a rare part, specially selected loin. Please enjoy the high quality lean meat. In addition to the seekwasser ponzu, which is aged for more than 4 months, we also offer ground sesame seed raayu, yuzu kosho, and Okinawan salt.
Melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. Enjoy the shabu-shabu of specially selected Agu pork aged for 4 months with a unique shikuwasa ponzu or special sesame sauce. This shabu-shabu features the rare and highly valued specially selected Ishigaki beef and Ryukyu native Agu pork, which is said to be difficult to obtain. A colorful assortment of Okinawan vegetables, resembling a beautiful flower basket, including purple sweet potatoes and island carrots, is served alongside local ingredients like Kamehama noodles and Zukeran tofu, all paired with exquisite sauces! Our homemade sesame chili oil is also very popular.
We have prepared a luxurious dipping sauce that combines Okinawan brown sugar, soy sauce, and sake in a perfect balance, enhanced with bonito broth. Please enjoy it by mixing it with a raw egg from Amuro. It fills your mouth with an indescribable sense of happiness and is a flavor that has many fans.
A steak made from select Ishigaki beef. The juiciness unique to the select grade offers an irresistible deliciousness. Enjoy it with a special sauce made from Shuri miso, which has a history of 150 years and was even presented to the royal family, blended with garlic, ginger, sesame, and sesame oil, or with Okinawan salt.
