A selection of raw ham and pancetta, this is the raw ham of the purebred black pig that has been known in France for the longest time. Originating from the Mediterranean region, these pigs are raised in the lush and vast pastures at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains, allowed to roam freely and eat a rich diet, growing in a way that is close to nature. It is aged for over 24 months before being shipped. This ham is silky soft and melts in your mouth. This time, please enjoy it paired with the same Noir de Bigorre pancetta and cheese.
