Revisit confirmed! And for the fruit pizza... Â

Kyoto dinner at Emboka!
Last time we were there, the menu was limited due to the Gion Festival...
I wanted to have that fruit pizza...
My friend who attended to me this day is a regular customer of this restaurant.
He came another day the same week we visited!
And the person who gave us a bite at PATISSERIE.
They said this is where they had dinner that day (lol).
The place is... I don't know where it is because they brought me here too...
But I remember last time we walked from Karasuma-Oike station!
Inside the restaurant, there is a counter, tables, and a small tatami room in the back.
On this day, the manager reserved a course meal for us!
Course A 4200 yen
Appetizer of prosciutto ham and seasonal vegetables
Wood-fired oven baked vegetables
Seasonal soup
Seasonal soup
Pizza and dessert
Beverage
Course B 5,500 yen
Course A with meat dishes
Let's toast with sparkling wine!
Appetizers
Jamon Serrano, vegetables, strawberries and kumquat!
Lately, strawberries are often served with salads.
Surprisingly, they have a great acidity!
The turnip mousse also has a delicious sweetness.
Jamon Serrano is moist and melts in your mouth!
Assorted Oven Grilled Vegetables
Oven-roasted vegetables are really delicious!
They are juicy without losing too much moisture!
Is it because they can be grilled in a short time?
Spring vegetables are also included, and eating them with salt is simple and the best!
Oven-baked Clam
The clams are also juicy and juicy!
The butter goes very well with it!
Shellfish and butter are a great combination, aren't they?
It's the only thing that makes them stand out, isn't it?
Burdock Potage
Potage with the flavor of burdock root!
Normally, beet soup was served on this day, but since it was the second time for her companion to eat it that week
But since this was the second time he had served it that week, he changed it.
It's nice of you to make such a change so casually!
I'm glad that I prefer burdock to beets!
Quattro formaggi and green laver
The dough is sticky, but rather simple!
I guess it's to enhance the vegetable ingredients!
The aonori (green laver) was even better than the quatro!
The amount of salt and the aroma of the green laver was irresistible!
The Japanese ingredients are well matched with each other!
Nanohana (rape blossoms) and liliy root!
These two ingredients were the best choice!
The bitter taste of the rape blossoms is pleasant and anticipates the spring season!
The texture of the liliy bok choy is so delicious, I have never tasted liliy bok choy like this before!
I was happy to discover a new texture!
Dessert Pizza
This one! This! This is what I wanted to eat!
I'm enchanted by the beautiful fruits lined up!
The sauce is yogurt-based, so it's very refreshing and easy to eat!
It's a little different from the dough I used to eat for pizza!
You can change it for an additional charge if you have a course meal!
I am so happy to finally be able to enjoy it!
It was very popular last time, but it was popular again this day!
Because it's delicious!
And the waitresses are very attentive, so it's no wonder it's a popular restaurant!
I will be happy to introduce this place to my friends!
Thank you very much for attending to us for the whole day!
On the way home, we found a Futaba cab at Kyoto station!
It was a miraculous day for me to meet such a miraculous cab and feel a connection to Kyoto!

It was the Gion Festival on that day!
When I went up to the ground level from the basement, I was surprised to see so many people.
There were food stalls and simple stores in front of the stores, and it was very crowded!
I was planning to enjoy pizza that day, so I skipped lunch.
I was tempted by all kinds of smells, but I arrived here!
It's a trendy restaurant in a stylish old house, isn't it?
I looked at the menu to order.... It's not here...
Yes, the fruit pizza that I was looking forward to at this restaurant was not available on this day due to the Gion Festival...
The two girls had been looking forward to this so much, so they were very shocked.
Let's have a toast and eat appetizers first!
Iberico pork chorizo salsicchon
Served on a glass plate, it looks so cool!
And octopus terrine! The octopus is so juicy and hard!
The octopus is so juicy, and the ingredients are used to their fullest!
Now, the oven-roasted vegetables!
This time we ordered young corn, fava beans, and mung bamboo!
When they arrived, I thought, "What's this? I thought!
Because it was not the young corn I had seen before...
But when you turn around, you will see it!
You can eat the whiskers too, and they are very sweet!
The fava beans are also delicious, with the slightly charred parts being nice and tasty in reverse!
The green bamboo shoots are very sweet.
Now, the pizza you have been waiting for!
We had half Margherita and half Prosciutto!
Margherita is my favorite pizza!
The cheese is so rich and the saltiness is outstanding~!
The prosciutto is also delicious with lots of ham on it!
And the pizza dough is very soft and chewy!
Next up was a half fresh seaweed pizza and half asparagus with anchovy sauce!
Nori and mozzarella cheese go surprisingly well together!
It looks black, though!
The asparagus was so crispy and delicious!
And we also had dessert!
Some kind of ice cream and jasmine pudding...(I don't know the name...please contact me if you know it)
(I don't know the name of the jasmine pudding, but I didn't order it myself...)
It was very refreshing and tasty....
It was hot in the restaurant because of the kettle, and the waitress was sweating.
I had a very good impression of the staff working hard and sweating!
Next time I'll have to go there on a non-event day to get the fruit pizza!
