✏️ Amazing Niboshi Ramen Nagi [Shinjuku, Tokyo : : : :. Morning coffee followed by morning ramen here. Climb the very narrow stairs fearfully. There is a ticket machine in front of you, a counter in front of you, and the owner making ramen in front of you. ...... and all of them were very close to each other because the restaurant is just barely a space (laughs). In 2004, we started quietly in Shinjuku Kabukicho Golden Gai with 4 tsubos and 8 seats, once a week, It soon became a famous restaurant with a long line of customers (^^). They purchase more than 5 tons of dried sardines every month! They are open 24 hours a day, so I had to stop by ✨ : : :. 🍀Amazing Niboshi Ramen (💴890) More than 20 kinds of dried sardines are carefully handled to make this super thick soup, which has a coarse texture while keeping the smell and other ingredients under control. The noodles are chewy, medium-thick and frizzy, and intertwine well with the soup, Furthermore, there are three sheets of once noodles that wrap around the tongue smoothly. The sauce on the dried sardines is a spicy silver sauce, It is made from sardine extract and dozens of spices, and adds richness and depth to the soup. The bowl of ramen served at the Ramen Festival was only 10-20% less than the quality of the main building, I didn't realize that they had reproduced the taste of the restaurant to this extent. If you are a regular customer, you can order your own original cup of ramen. Thank you very much. Thank you :) :) ➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・ 🍜 すごい煮干ラーメン凪新宿ゴールデン街店本館 1-1-10-2F Kabuki-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 🏠 Inside Shinjuku Golden Gai 3 minutes from Shinjuku 3-chome Station, 8 minutes from Shinjuku Station East Exit 🕛 24 hours 💤 🈚️ 💺 10 seats (counter only) 🚭 🅿️ 🈚️ ➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・ : : : :

Ramen @ Nagi (Shinjuku) ￥820 I ate this ramen in the middle of the night after a concert 🍜 Such greasy food.... But I'm most pleased to say 😂👏🏻Nagi loves these frizzy noodles, the fluttering noodles that make me feel a little woo-woo, and the thick niboshi. ☺️💚

Amazing Boiled Fish Ramen

The soup is made with carefully selected over 20 types of domestic boiled fish, using more than 60g of boiled fish per serving. The noodles are in-house made, with a perfect balance of fresh wheat flavor and chewy texture in thick hand-kneaded noodles. Please enjoy.
