This standard course allows you to enjoy the flavors of La Cucina del Nacchero. Appetizers are an assortment of seasonal ingredients. For pasta, choose a dish of your choice. For the main course, you can choose either fish or meat. In addition, an assortment of dolce is also available.

You can combine 1 and 2 to your liking. 1 Spaghettini, Tagliolini (fresh pasta), Tagliatelle (fresh pasta), Gnocchi, Risotto 2 Artichokes, Porcini mushrooms, Bottarga, homemade sausage, vegetables from Iwate
Using porcini mushrooms sourced directly from Europe. The porcini mushrooms are sautéed to bring out their flavor, then simmered in chicken and vegetable broth for a simple finish. Italian chestnuts are used to soften the bitterness of the mushrooms, resulting in a mellow taste.
This pasta uses a generous amount of Sardinian bottarga (dried mullet roe). The bottarga is grated and combined with olive oil and seafood broth, then tossed with the pasta. The creamy texture of the cuttlefish pairs well with the bottarga.
We will serve the following using your preferred cooking method or as per our recommendation: short-horned beef, sea bream, autumn salmon, Kamui pork, wagyu thigh, grape beef loin, seasonal fresh fish, and seasonal game.
The short-horned beef from Iwate Prefecture is characterized by its light and lean red meat. It is grilled and seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper to fully bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients. Enjoy it with accompaniments like arugula and cheese.
