Only the tender part located in the center of the beef tongue is used lavishly. It is grilled to a fragrant finish with rich butter soy sauce. The thick beef tongue steak, which becomes more flavorful the more you chew, is a unique dish suitable as a main course.
The original demi-glace sauce that brings out the flavor of the beef tongue is the key to the taste. By simmering shallots and wine together for a long time, even large pieces of beef tongue are made tender and soft all the way to the core.
Hiroshima specialty 'Uni Cresson' is a dish you must try first. It features lightly textured cress from Daisen and fresh, high-quality sea urchin sautéed in butter and soy sauce, enhancing its rich aroma and depth. Please enjoy this traditional taste of Hiroshima, loved by many.
One of the carefully selected seasonal ingredients from across the country, including Hokkaido and Iwate Prefecture, is these fresh raw oysters. We select the best ones based on what we think is good at the time and serve them simply to enjoy the differences in flavor, either raw or steamed. 600 yen each (price varies depending on size)

Our egg over rice, unique to our teppanyaki restaurant, has a different flavor.
