Italy/Umbria Sangiovese 70% Merlot 15% Sagrantino 15% Aromas of blackberry with herbal nuances. The round, delicate tannins that come in the aftertaste tighten the wine as a whole. France / Alsace 100% Pinot Noir, fresh and charming. Slightly smoky, with aromas of red fruits, ripe cherries, and raspberries. It has a smooth mouthfeel with silky tannins and moderate acidity, and a mineral finish with a salty sensation.
Italy/Tuscany Cabernet Sauvignon 100% 'Legit' is a slang term derived from 'legitimate,' meaning 'legal' or 'just,' and is used to signify 'genuine' or 'high quality,' extending to mean 'wonderful.' Of course, the taste of the wine is undoubtedly a 'genuine' Cabernet Sauvignon with the soul of Italy. It has a deep ruby red appearance. The aroma is a blend of black fruits like black cherry and plum, mixed with complex scents of leather, western cedar, green vegetables, licorice, iron, graphite, and vanilla. On the palate, it showcases the fruity character typical of Castelnuovo Berardenga, with finely ripe tannins, clear minerals, and vibrant acidity all in harmonious balance. Highly recommended!!!!
Chile / Curico Valley Chardonnay 98% Cabernet Franc 2% Hand-harvested from organically grown single vineyard own-root grapes in Curico Valley, pressed after destemming in Italy and fermented with natural yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled when residual sugar is 10g/L, with fermentation occurring in the bottle. No clarification or racking, no added SO2. Dry rosé petillant.
Italy / Veneto region, a young female winemaker, Diletta Tonello, creates this natural frizzante using the rare indigenous variety Durella and Chardonnay from the Veneto region. It is unfiltered. Pale yellow, with hints of fresh fruit and rich aromas from the yeast due to fermentation in the bottle. On the palate, it offers fragrant, soft, and delicate bubbles.
Italy / Based on Veneto Moscato, when you open the Glera crown, the bubbles of Frizzante rise up. At the same time, a light sediment also floats up. The aroma features orange blossom, muscat, and fresh mandarin juice. There is a bitterness from the white pith of summer oranges (mesocarp) that adds complexity. It has an impactful and addictive unique flavor. The finish is extremely dry.
