This popular course offers a sumptuous taste of Tokushima's famous "Awao chicken" and Kagoshima's delicious "oyadori" chicken. The menu includes two kinds of appetizers, today's salad, Kagoshima oyadori chicken tataki, local fish sashimi, and other delicacies that are made with the utmost attention to freshness. The menu also includes a variety of chicken dishes such as yakitori (grilled Awao chicken) carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal, addictive chicken nanban style, and grilled oyadori chicken with ume plum paste. Finish with fragrant fried rice and ice cream for dessert. This highly satisfying course includes all-you-can-drink and is recommended for banquets, reunions, and sightseeing.
This is a special course at Iyotori that allows you to enjoy two "tastes" of Tokushima and Kagoshima in a luxurious atmosphere. Seseri is the meat located at the back of the neck, playing an important role in maintaining posture. Chickens often move their necks, resulting in a firm yet juicy flavor. The seseri from Awaodori chickens has a better texture and stronger umami compared to typical domestic chickens, making it highly recommended.
Hatsu refers to the heart. The heart of the Awaodori chicken is well-firm and has a crisp, bouncy texture that can be enjoyed. The flavor is also strong and invigorating.

The base alcohol is carefully brewed using 100% Tokushima Prefecture's Yamada Nishiki grade rice, and the mash is meticulously distilled using different types of stills: pot stills (batch distillation) and patent stills (continuous distillation), resulting in a complex and uniquely flavorful spirit. In particular, the refreshing and deep characteristic flavor of 'AWA GIN' comes from the use of representative botanical ingredients from Awa, such as 'sudachi' and 'Kito yuzu' peels, Awa bancha tea, and domestic sansho pepper. Additionally, due to the rich infusion of citrus aromatic components, it is a unique feature of 'AWA GIN' that it may turn cloudy when served on the rocks or diluted with water.
Kamikawa Town, a place rich in historical romance, is located along the clear stream of the Ayukikawa River, which is sourced from the Shikoku Mountain Range. This plum wine is luxuriously made using only carefully selected 'Ume' plums from Kamikawa Town. It is finished with unadded original sake that has been aged for over 7 years in the brewery. The flavor, matured over a long period of time, offers a rich depth and a sweet, full-bodied taste, achieving a perfect balance. It can be enjoyed widely as an aperitif or during meals.
