Seared bonito has a firm texture and is a dish with concentrated umami. We also offer fresh seafood and other items. It's a perfect accompaniment to drinks! Please give it a try.

Chopped garlic, extra virgin olive oil, chili pepper, and spiny lobster are added. It is simmered with vodka, then tomato sauce, fresh cream, and butter are added to complete the dish! The fragrant and rich miso of the spiny lobster becomes the sauce, making it an exquisite and luxurious pasta. It is just right to share with 2 to 3 people. Garlic toast is also recommended.
