The set includes salad, Uwajima Jako Tempura, horse mackerel namero, a selection of three types of sashimi, and charcoal-grilled pheasant. (Contents may vary slightly depending on availability)
This is a set of 5 to 6 dishes including seasonal limited dishes, appetizers, special items, sashimi, and main dishes such as pheasant meat.
You can choose one of three types of soup for the hot pot: light salt, white miso with yuzu, or soy sauce with sansho.
These are dumplings wrapped in a dough made from ground meat.
Assorted lean meat and mane
This dish consists of minced horse meat mixed with onions, tomatoes, and avocado, served with a raw egg yolk. Enjoy it with the baguette or on its own! (Six pieces of baguette are included)
We offer seasonal fish such as Uwajima sea bream.
