The birthplace of barley shochu, Iki Island. Brewed using a traditional method that has continued for 500 years, finished with vacuum distillation, and carefully aged in tanks. Named after the Zen phrase 'Hōgejaku'.
"Muichibutsu" conveys the meaning of a state free from all worldly desires, referring to a refreshing and clear state of relaxation.
We use natural spring water from Nanakubo for dilution, and further soften it with water stored in our own wooden water tank. This is a rough-filtered Satsuma shochu that allows you to fully enjoy its rich flavor.
Delicate white flowers, flint, the aroma of cooked rice, and a faint hint of cocoa waft through. When tasted, you can feel the famous Kagoshima confection 'Karukan' and a subtle sweetness of sweet potato, with a crisp finish.
The aroma of rice is elegant, reminiscent of ginjo, due to vacuum distillation. The delicate and beautiful flavor remains unchanged even as shochu. It is finished at a high alcohol content of 30 degrees so that it can be enjoyed deliciously even when mixed with soda.
The aroma is tropical fruits. The shochu that transcends the concept of shochu 'Torikai' may be better described as 'a crisp, dry daiginjo' rather than just shochu.
A soft flavor like a gentle, light breeze and a faintly sweet aroma. Suntory Whiskey 'Chita' features a distinct maturation characteristic typical of whiskey while also offering a light drinking experience.
This is a single malt whiskey made only from malt spirits born in the 'Forest Distillery' using natural water from the Southern Alps.
A soft and vibrant aroma, with a sweet and smooth taste. This is Yamazaki, born from the meeting of various Yamazaki malts, including the traditional Mizunara cask-aged malt and innovative wine cask-aged malt.

[Chassagne Montrachet Blanc] A slightly smoky aroma reminiscent of apricots harmonizes well with the refreshing acidity.
Kongsgaard Chardonnay is fermented and aged in barrels using only natural yeast (for about 2 years) and is bottled without filtration or artificial clarification. This method results in a unique flavor that perfectly balances fruitiness and acidity, filling the mouth with an unparalleled taste.
【Meursault Grands Charrons】 A very well-balanced flavor, a single vineyard village wine with mineral notes and richness. The finish has a touch of stone and an appealing freshness.
The Puligny Montrachet wine is pure and elegant, with chalky minerals and a transparent extract that has a nice balance, followed by a strong acidity that gradually rises.
Pavillon Blanc Chateau Margaux, an exquisite Bordeaux Blanc crafted by Chateau Margaux, known as the 'jewel of Bordeaux.' It has a rich, flavorful density with a feminine elegance.
The well-known Chevalier Montrachet boasts the second highest rating among the Grand Cru of the Montrachet series, following Montrachet itself. Its characteristic is undoubtedly its mineral sensation. Being located at the upper part of the slope, it has more limestone than the lower part, which results in a crisp and tight mineral feel.
[Opus One] A rare great vintage even in the Opus market. Although the yield is low, the 2015 vintage, which had an ideal harvest, is characterized by fresh acidity and a rich, long finish, making it a rare great vintage in the history of Opus that is also suitable for long-term aging.
