The famous lamb shabu-shabu is all-you-can-eat for 60 minutes! Our special soy sauce sauce, made from more than 20 kinds of vegetables, fruits and seasonings, is very popular. Please enjoy our specialty lamb shabu shabu to the fullest!
This is a very economical and satisfying course that includes our specialty lamb shabu-shabu, a comparison of Hokkaido lamb and New Zealand lamb (depending on availability), and 6 dishes such as seasonal sashimi and today's delicacies! This course is very popular not only with people in Hokkaido, but also with people from outside of Hokkaido! Shabu-shabu is not all-you-can-eat.
All-you-can-drink for 90 minutes with more than 30 kinds of drinks and 2 kinds of draft beer!
Sheep carefully raised every day with attention to breed and feed by the rancher, served with shabu shabu in a broth made from carefully selected Hidaka kelp. Enjoy Japanese-style shabu shabu with fresh vegetables and homemade secret sauce & condiments. Typically for one person.
Sukiyaki made with marbled black wagyu is a hidden specialty of Kurita. The carefully processed meat is sliced one piece at a time after an order is placed. Enjoy this little luxury meal! *Due to the availability of ingredients, reservations must be made at least two days in advance.

A rich and smooth milk ice made with 100% raw milk from Bekkai Town, the town with the highest raw milk production in Japan.
This is a shortcake gelato that luxuriously uses milk, combining the deliciousness of sponge cake and sweet and sour strawberries.
A gelato that offers the unique tartness and freshness of yogurt. After repeated trials to capture the flavor of fresh milk and the tartness of yogurt, it provides a refreshing and satisfying experience like no other.
This gelato is made with natural salt from "Kamuy Mintaru" that was discovered while searching for salt that pairs well with fresh milk from Bekkai Town. It is made using seawater from the volcanic eruption bay surrounded by active volcanoes in Hokkaido, enhancing the sweetness and richness of the fresh milk.
