A full course (8 dishes in total) that brings out the seasonal ingredients and flavors of Hokkaido, curated by the chef. From appetizers to main dishes and desserts, we will skillfully incorporate the day's recommended dishes along with the specialty 'quenelle', balancing classic and robust French cuisine. ________________ *Cancellation Policy Please contact us for any changes or cancellations to your course reservation at least two days in advance. The cancellation fees are as follows: The day before: 50% of the course fee Same day: 100% of the course fee *If we cannot reach you 30 minutes after your reservation time, it will be treated as a cancellation. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare ingredients several days in advance. Additionally, due to the limited seating in our small restaurant, we will charge the cancellation fees as stated above for last-minute cancellations after the reservation is confirmed.

Enjoy appetizers that reflect the seasons of Hokkaido, meat dishes delivered directly from producers, and our specialty 'Hokkaido Quenelle', among other unique dishes from Savour. Please enjoy the vibrant flavors of Savour, from homemade charcuterie to appetizers, mains, and desserts. *If you wish to fully enjoy your meal, we kindly ask you to make a reservation in advance.
