While comparing six types of wine, you will feel the differences in aroma and taste, and learn about your preferences and the individuality of each wine. Questions like 'What is fruitiness?' 'Is this what mineral sensation means?' 'Why do I like this wine?' will be explored together with the owner, who has 30 years of experience as a sommelier, as we gradually organize our thoughts into words. Instead of memorizing the correct answers, expressing what you feel makes wine much more interesting. Beginners are welcome, as well as those aspiring to become sommeliers, current sommeliers, and anyone involved in the food and beverage industry. No prior knowledge or experience is required. Anyone who loves wine can enjoy this experience. Blind Tasting: Individual Experience - 6 types × 30ml for 2,200 yen (tax included) or a more leisurely experience - 6 types × 45ml for 3,300 yen (tax included). Baguette is available for an additional 200 yen upon request.
