D.O. Catalonia: 100% Xarel·lo from Catalonia. True to its name 'Tightrope Walker', it has a rich aroma reminiscent of peach, apricot, tropical fruits, and white flowers, along with a creamy mouthfeel from barrel aging, making it a very well-balanced wine.
D.O. La Mancha 100% Chardonnay. The appearance is a shining golden color, with nuances of melon and pineapple, and a hint of lightly toasted oak aroma. It is a wine with a balanced combination of fruit volume, oak aroma, and acidity. (Please inquire with staff as it is currently out of stock.)

D.O. Rioja Tempranillo 90% + Garnacha, Graciano Roda is made from grapes over 30 years old. After fermentation, it is aged for 18 months in toasted French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is carried out entirely in barrel. It is feminine and delicate, with a deep cherry color. It has complexity from the barrel, with a warm and soft mouthfeel.
D.O. Ribera del Duero Tempranillo 91% Garnacha 9% A current variety of Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero, crafted by Alejandro Fernandez since '72, later rated by Parker as 'the Petrus of Spain'. Aged in American oak barrels for 24 months, it has a rich, well-balanced, and refined full-bodied flavor.
A stylish casual line of Cava aged for 9 to 13 months, made from 50% Charello and 50% Parellada, which is loved by three-star restaurants in Spain and has become an essential brand. The shorter aging period intentionally expresses lightness and fruitiness.

Using only grapes from our own vineyards cultivated with organic biodynamic farming methods: 58% Macabeo, 23% Xarel·lo, and 19% Parellada. The pleasant aromas of apple, fennel, and yeast create a refreshing finish.
40% Macabeo, 30% Xarel·lo, 30% Parellada. Aromas of organic apples, lemons, and fruits, nuts, freshly baked bread, and sea breeze. Creamy bubbles provide a pleasant and lively acidity. Hand-harvested grapes undergo wild yeast fermentation, then transferred to tanks for wintering, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle. Aged for a minimum of 15 months.
Macaabeo 41% Charello 37% Parellada 22% Organic cultivation with a deep aroma and flavor, refreshing aromas of fresh herbs and apples, fine and rich bubbles, and a richness typical of Reserva, allowing you to taste the deliciousness of ripe fruits.
100% Pinot Noir, ideal as an aperitif. Pairs well with fresh seafood, meat dishes, and dishes featuring prosciutto. When poured into a glass, it produces small, elegant bubbles due to bottle fermentation. The fruity and fresh aromas of red fruits spread, accompanied by a soft acidity that refreshes the palate.

D.O. Jumilla Monastrell 100% organic cultivation, deep red-purple color with rich aromas of red and black fruits. It has the characteristic pepper and spice notes of Monastrell, with a concentrated feel, light tannins, juiciness, a long finish, and is easy to drink.
