This is a 6-course, all-you-can-drink for 90 minutes, full enjoyment course that will make you feel spring. The main dish is a confit of Kagoshima Chami pork shoulder loin! The pork is moist, tender, and full of flavor, and the sourness of the mustard and sweet and sour balsamic sauce are the perfect match! The last dish of the course was the chef's signature pasta! Peperoncino with homemade smoked bacon and scallops with a hint of basil. The chef recommends this course to go with Mojiko beer during the warm season.
