A prestigious brand created by Akamine Sake Brewery, which has a history dating back to the first year of the Meiji era. It won first place in the national sake competition for barley shochu. It features the natural sweetness and aroma of barley while having a refreshing throat feel. Made using white koji and distilled under reduced pressure, it has a fruity and mellow flavor. Recommended served on the rocks or with soda!
The ingredient used is the aromatic botanical 'Margao' (a type of spice). By combining the citrus aroma of Margao with the spiciness reminiscent of Sichuan pepper and the deliciousness of barley shochu, this botanical barley shochu achieves a new sensation of flavor that has never been experienced before. Soda mix is recommended!!
This is a genuine sweet potato shochu made from sweet potatoes cultivated with unique techniques by Hamada Shuzo, using 'Kojuku Imo' as the base. It features a sweet aroma reminiscent of fresh lychee, which has never been experienced in previous sweet potato shochus, and is a product born from 150 years of craftsmanship. We recommend mixing it with soda!
