This is a party menu of French cuisine, all homemade. The menu shown is just an example and can be changed to meet your needs. *Menus may be subject to change depending on availability and the time of year. *The flow of the menu is 2h all-you-can-drink, and you will leave the restaurant in 2.5h.

There are now many soft spreads that can be smeared on bread, which have become so popular that they no longer need explanation, but at HOBO, we insist on a hearty country pâté that values the texture of the meat. Feel free to enjoy it with plenty of whole grain mustard.
Smooth and rich liver pâté. The irresistible sweet and sour sauce filled with the umami of foie gras and port wine.
This is a moist ham with a hint of smoke. This one pairs better with a light red natural wine than store-bought prosciutto.
It has a nice aging feel and is a good snack.
The pork is grilled until crispy, then simmered and hand-mashed with a wooden spatula while leaving some fibers intact. It is a coarse paste made by combining the simmering juices with the fat rendered from the pork, cooled and set. Enjoy it spread on crispy bread.

This is a soup dish rich in seafood, based on a sauce made from lobster called 'Americane Sauce'. The type of fish varies each time, so please ask.
