We made a rice soup with sea bream from Awaji topped with surf clam from Awaji, allowing you to enjoy the aroma of the sea and the texture of the surf clam. After the rice soup mixed with sesame sauce, you can enjoy fried sea bream with pickled plum and perilla tempura.

Please enjoy the deep-fried sea bream and the hand-stretched noodles 'Goryo Ito' from Awaji, served in a special broth infused with the sweetness of Awaji onions.
Traditional hand-stretched noodles from Awaji Island. They are 38 cm long, about 2 mm thick, with a chewy texture and a smooth, flowing throat feel.
