We thinly stretch domestic pork tenderloin, sandwich foie gras in between, and finish it as tonkatsu. The sauce is an original sauce based on 'Maruya Haccho Miso' made by Mr. Azai from Okazaki in the local Mikawa area. The richness of the foie gras and the savory aroma of Haccho miso create a harmonious flavor in your mouth that is irresistibly delicious.
