Truffle course This course is our Christmas dinner every year and has been popular for many years. This plan is ideal for those who think that the right amount of alcohol is about a bottle of wine for two people. This plan is ideal for those who have a good amount of wine for two people. This plan is also available for small gatherings such as workplace gatherings, reunions, welcome parties, farewell parties, birthday parties, family gatherings, girls' night out, etc. Of course, it can also be used for boys' night out. Of course, it is also OK for men's parties (lol). A full bottle of sparkling wine will be provided for every 2 persons. If you are not a fan of alcohol, we can substitute a soft drink for wine. Based on the above, the menu will be changed according to the occasion. If you have any food items you do not like or do not want to eat, please let us know at the time of reservation.
This is an introductory course to our French cuisine, which can also be enjoyed with non-alcoholic or soft drinks. As a rule, this course consists of an appetizer, pasta, and meat dish, and will be arranged according to your requests regarding ingredients you are not fond of or do not want to eat. The restaurant is a bistro french restaurant based on the wine pairing, which is prepared for you to enjoy a little luxury and richness even in your daily life. We have prepared a lunch course for you to enjoy at a reasonable price, consisting of 4 dishes including appetizers, pasta, meat dishes, and our standard dessert, similar to our 4,180 yen dinner course, which is currently not on the official menu because we are open by reservation only for 2 groups per day. Please let us know at the time of reservation (if you make a reservation online, please leave a comment in the message box). However, we regret to inform you that our restaurant may not be compatible with customers who are determined not to eat gibier, so if you have such a companion, it would be better to consider another restaurant from the beginning. One day's menu includes: Trin Chat (vegetable salad with potatoes, cabbage, carrots, onions, etc. directly from the farm), Kazarecce (butterbur sprouts in miso milk), Ezo deer stewed in red wine, 30 year old sherry and vanilla ice cream. Bread and coffee are available upon request for an additional charge.
In addition to our regular dishes such as our popular truffle pasta and braised Ezo deer in red wine, we occasionally serve our regular customers a chicken breast tataki that has been prepared in our own style, which has been so well received that we have added it to our course menu. The chicken shop we work with delivers the meat in the morning, so you can enjoy it medium rare because it is so fresh that you can eat it as sashimi. However, since there is no supply on Sundays and holidays, the meat is from the day before, so please understand that it will be cooked medium rare if served on Sundays and holidays.
Enjoy our wine list from 5-6000 yen, sparkling, red and white wines, and soft drinks to your heart's content. 120 minutes all-you-can-drink (LO 20 minutes prior to the start of the course).
