One cup: 1360 yen (tax included) features a clear taste. Enjoy the ultimate pairing sent from Japan's top rice-producing region, Niigata.
One cup: 1400 yen (including tax). The rice is Hitomebore. From yeast, water, to producers and designers, everything is focused on Miyagi Prefecture. A heartfelt collaboration sake created over time by Yamawa Brewery, Higashimatsushima, and oyster fishermen.
One serving: 1500 yen (tax included) Hiroshima oysters paired with Hiroshima sake. Imada Sake Brewery has created this sake specifically for shellfish, as the name suggests! It is recommended for raw oysters as well as all oyster dishes!

A rock oyster characterized by its slightly small size, thick flesh, and rich flavor. It is grown in the beautiful and calm ria coast of Kujukushima, which is abundant in plankton, resulting in a concentrated, rich, and creamy taste. It can be enjoyed raw, as well as steamed with sake or fried.
The rock oysters, which have grown robustly in the mineral-rich and plankton-abundant waters of the Goto Islands, where untouched nature is abundant. They have a thick texture and a refreshing moderate sea flavor, with a sweet aftertaste, making them popular for raw consumption.

OYSTERS, INC. Commitment to oyster fry! 1) Hiroshima large oysters, no other region surpasses Hiroshima in quality. Heating concentrates the umami flavor even more. 2) Panko directly shipped from the only panko factory in Tokyo, Nakaya Panko! Specially blended and baked for oyster fry, we use only the soft and flavorful parts of the bread, carefully removing the browned areas by hand. 3) Tartar sauce, an original designed specifically to pair with oyster fry. Not just eggs and onions, but also the tang of mustard, the refreshing aroma of green pepper, and a salty accent from anchovies! A perfectly balanced tartar sauce that maximizes the umami of the oyster fry, crafted with attention to detail. 4) Fully ripened Worcestershire sauce, directly requested from the Torii Sauce factory in Shizuoka Prefecture. A rich and thick sauce made from slowly simmered ripe vegetables and fruits, aged in barrels that have been in use since 1924.
