This special BBQ plan is limited to one couple per day, and allows you to reserve the open-air terrace for a relaxing "3 hours. Enjoy the freshest seafood and meat in Mugishuan's original way. A dry and clear IPA primarily using hops from New Zealand. It has an excellent balance of flavors like passion fruit and grapefruit, along with a grassy dank nuance derived from the hops.

This sake, made from a local rice variety called 'Hyakumangoku no Shiro' from a modern brewery that Ishikawa Prefecture is proud of, is making its appearance again this year. It has a slight effervescence that makes it easy to drink, but it also has the sweetness of rice and a refreshing acidity reminiscent of Calpis, ensuring it is not lacking in flavor. It is a stable and juicy sake with a finish like mineral water, making it a perfect match for fresh oysters!
Despite being low in alcohol at 11%, this sake achieves a rich flavor that does not leave you wanting more, creating a 'new taste' that is both light and satisfying. It features a subtle fruity aroma and a delicate rice flavor, making it highly recommended for both beginners and advanced sake drinkers. It pairs well with a wide range of meals.
From the pioneer of aged sake, this year's zodiac label is here! This sake is a blend of 5-year aged Japanese sake and sake made from the Snake Year (aged up to 48 years!!). It is a unique sake that can only be made by this brewery. With a distinctive aging aroma reminiscent of sherry and brandy, and a mellow yet sweet and sour flavor, it creates a unique world!
