This course allows you to enjoy all the birds and ducks you can think of. The rare parts that can be enjoyed because they are dismantled in-house make this "chicken yakiniku" tasty and healthy, but no less satisfying than yakiniku.
The soup is made from chicken that is filleted first thing in the morning, and the only seasonings used are water and salt. It is a simple yet profound dish. The soup is cooked in the order of meat, tsukune (chicken meat), tsukune (chicken meatballs), and vegetables, and the umami (flavor) of the soup increases as its expression changes, making it the ultimate in quality. Zosui (rice porridge) made with the broth is an irreplaceable treat!
Specially selected local chickens (ex. Amagi Gundori, Kawamata Gundori, Horohorotori, etc...) and Kasumi ducks shipped directly from Ibaraki Prefecture. For Tataki (chicken sashimi), we prepare "Daimaou", which is a bird that is distributed as Tori Sashimi and shipped directly from Kagoshima. We also offer all-you-can-drink for 2,500 yen.
