This is a course in which you can enjoy "Isami Pork", a brand of pork from Doi Farm in Isahaya City, Nagasaki Prefecture, which Chef Hasuda recommends. Please enjoy the extremely tender loin meat with an excellent balance of lean and fat. This course is the only one you can enjoy at our restaurant!
This full-course lunch is ideal for business lunches and family gatherings. The main dish is a pie wrapped with rare beef "Tokyo Beef". The pie dish is popular among all ages and is one of our signature dishes.
