Seasonal limited (September to May). Many customers look forward to this season, and it is one of our proud specialties. We wrapped delicious Spanish mackerel in fluffy steamed glutinous rice. On top of the glutinous rice, we added a flavorful silver sauce and sansho leaves. Everything is a feast.
