In this place embraced by the magnificent landscape of Links, we offer a course that cherishes the original flavors, textures, and aromas of the ingredients connecting the blessings of the sea and land of Aomori, called 'Natsudomari Natural Cuisine.' Each season, we carefully select seafood from the Aomori coastal area and local ingredients, sometimes incorporating carefully chosen materials from Hokkaido and northeastern Tohoku, maximizing the umami of each.
