A summer-only all-whale course. This seven-course meal lets you savor the diverse flavors of whale meat, featuring sashimi, Tatsuta-age, Kanto-style stew, and sukiyaki made with rare tail meat. Please enjoy every bite, right through to the chirashi sushi that rounds out the meal.

Whale meat contains a large amount of the amino acid 'Valenin', which has anti-fatigue properties.
