This course features the specialty 'Grilled Thigh' cooked quickly over binchotan charcoal, as well as the rare 'White Liver', known as chicken foie gras, among other specialties of Yoshitori. If you are not fond of liver, we can prepare a different dish for you. Please feel free to contact us.
