Daimyo Hete's standard all-you-can-drink yakitori course. The all-you-can-drink option (1500 yen) can be removed. The course includes 8 dishes: 3 kinds of small bowls of cooked food, Hakata sesame mackerel, Hete salad with steamed chicken, 5 pieces of selected yakitori per person, pickled cabbage, seasonal delicacies, takikomi-gohan, and mizutaki soup to finish the meal.
A special all-you-can-drink course that allows you to enjoy not only Daimyo Hete's yakitori, but also our signature dishes. All-you-can-drink (1,500 yen) can be removed. The menu includes 3 kinds of small bowls of cooked food, Hakata sesame mackerel, top quality red horse meat sashimi, Hete salad with steamed chicken, 5 skewers per person, pickled cabbage, seasonal delicacies, takikomi-gohan, and mizutaki soup to finish the meal.
Daimyo Hete's original, two-color hot pot of Mizutaki and Wagyu Beef Motsunabe can be enjoyed at the same time in this course. This course is for those who want to enjoy Hakata in a luxurious way! All-you-can-drink (1,500 yen) can be skipped. Three kinds of small bowls of cooked food, Hakata sesame mackerel, top quality red meat horse sashimi, limited special skewers (3 skewers per person), lightly pickled cabbage, Hakata nabe (excellent Mizutaki and Wagyu beef nabe), Handa somen and champon noodles for the end of the meal.
You can enjoy a comparison of the rare inner thigh cut of chicken, called 'obi', and the outer thigh, called 'sori'. Experience the difference in flavor of chicken thigh, a must-try skewer unique to specialty chicken restaurants!

Through extensive research, we have simply extracted the umami of chicken thigh using the dry aging method.
The soft and healthy chicken breast with a slightly rare feel is finished with high-quality seaweed from Ariake and yuzu plum paste.
A5 rank black-haired Wagyu Sogari beautifully presented with complementary vegetables and a secret sauce for an undeniable sense of satisfaction.
Thick and uniquely textured Hakata Sesame Mackerel, Kurume-produced Red Horse Sashimi delivered fresh and unfrozen, a revival of the original specialty from our establishment, Tsushima-produced Conger Eel Sashimi. All three recommended items can be enjoyed at a low price.
Many customers come to our restaurant specifically for this mackerel. Please enjoy the unique texture and the exquisite flavor with our special sesame sauce that you have never experienced before.

A rather rare anago (conger eel) sashimi. Slightly sweet, the rich fat will captivate you once you taste it. You can also enjoy a different style, the grilled version.
A grill master skilled in skewers will prepare a recommended selection that balances salt sauce, cuts of meat, and vegetables, allowing you to feel like a noble.
