The Reason Why Basara's Oysters Are Delicious!

Important things for oysters... 'That is, safety and security are delicious!' At Basara, we use only oysters that have been sterilized and purified in ozone seawater that has been treated with ultraviolet light for over 20 hours. Our oyster master visits the producers directly to source the oysters, ensuring responsibility from the producers to Basara to our customers, providing oysters with care. Oysters Pair Well! Sake & Wine

---

At Basara, a sake sommelier carefully selects sake that pairs well with oysters from over 1,400 sake breweries in Japan. Additionally, the wine comes from Katsunuma Brewing, which has been rooted in the Katsunuma grape-growing region since its establishment in 1937. They consistently pursue the maximum potential of the local climate, producing wine from grape cultivation to brewing. This wine represents Japan and has been served at the Emperor's enthronement banquet and the Ise-Shima Summit to leaders from various countries. Further details will be provided on a separate sheet.
