All-you-can-eat one type of raw oyster in season, directly from the producing area♪ The price of a single raw oyster = 650 yen per oyster, so it's quite a bargain! Please enjoy oysters to your heart's content♪ We will do our best to peel them! The above prices are available from Sunday to Thursday except the day before a national holiday. All-you-can-eat raw oysters for 120 minutes. (LO 20 minutes before). +500 yen: All-you-can-eat oyster fry or steamed oysters can be added! +800yen: All-you-can-eat of both fried oysters and steamed oysters can be added! 2 hours all-you-can-drink (LO20 minutes before) can be added for 1,800 yen!
This course is available only for online reservations! Enjoy the fixed price without worrying about the price. All-you-can-eat raw oysters, steamed oysters, and fried oysters! Lunch is a bargain! All-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink are 90 minutes only (LO 20 minutes before).
Important things for oysters... 'That is, safety and security are delicious!' At Basara, we use only oysters that have been sterilized and purified in ozone seawater that has been treated with ultraviolet light for over 20 hours. Our oyster master visits the producers directly to source the oysters, ensuring responsibility from the producers to Basara to our customers, providing oysters with care. Please enjoy the carefully selected oysters to your heart's content.

At Basara, a sake sommelier carefully selects sake that pairs well with oysters from over 1,400 sake breweries in Japan. Additionally, the wine comes from Katsunuma Brewing, which has been rooted in the Katsunuma grape-growing region since its establishment in 1937. They consistently pursue the maximum potential of the local climate, producing wine from grape cultivation to brewing. This wine represents Japan and has been served at the Emperor's enthronement banquet and the Ise-Shima Summit to leaders from various countries. Further details will be provided on a separate sheet.
