Motobu Beef Motobu Beef is an Okinawan brand of Japanese black cattle raised in the wild nature of Yanbaru with the utmost love and affection from humans. The cattle are fed an original fermented feed made from Orion beer lees, which are discharged from Orion Beer, Okinawa's local beer, to produce cattle with a melt-in-your-mouth, gentle sweetness. Misaki Beef Misaki Beef is raised from calves in Ishigaki for about two and a half years in a quiet, stress-free natural environment. Misaki Beef's unique lean meat with firm flavor and sweet fat with "the temperature that melts in your mouth with your body temperature" are the secret of its delicious taste.
