This is Igo’s original hot pot, featuring a rich broth packed with the umami of kombu and chicken, harmonized with the natural sweetness of grated yam, the savory flavor of toasted nori, and the spiciness and aroma of wasabi.　We take great care with every single ingredient; the chicken is marinated in kombu to concentrate its umami.
