Appetizers that Pair Well with Sake!

These are appetizers collected by the owner from all over Japan that pair well with sake. Sake is delicious on its own, but it becomes even more enjoyable with these appetizers!

Three Kinds of Sake Appetizer Set

A selection of three popular sake appetizers served in small portions! The contents change daily.

JPY 720

Iburigakko

Sourced from the original Iburigakko, Okachi no Kimuraya. Juicy and smoky, with a crispy texture that pairs perfectly with sake!

JPY 310

Smoked Pickled Radish Potato Salad

We added finely chopped smoked pickled radish to the beloved potato salad that everyone loves.

JPY 350

Crab Miso

Sourced from Maruha Foods in Sado City, Niigata Prefecture. The crab miso from the Sea of Japan off the coast of Niigata is slowly cooked at low temperatures to concentrate its flavor, and crab meat is added. This exquisite product features a rich umami flavor, the sweetness of the crab meat, and an irresistible texture.

JPY 500

Kanzuri Sake Tō

A Japanese sake accompaniment made by combining 'Kanzuri', a flavorful seasoning from Niigata made by resting chili peppers in the snow, with 'Sake Tō', a salted delicacy made from the innards of bonito.

JPY 280

Salmon with Mentaiko

Sourced from 'Ajiichi Haruka Nagomi' in Hakata. A popular product that has a waiting list of several months for online orders. A masterpiece where salmon and mentaiko are exquisitely harmonized.

JPY 330

Smoked Fatty Mackerel

Sourced from the specialty restaurant 'SABAR' that specializes in mackerel dishes. The juicy fatty mackerel with a fat content of 21% is perfectly smoked. It has been the most popular item since the establishment!

JPY 500

Sake Lees Grilled Green Onion Miso

Sourced from Kitashoji Sake Brewery in Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture. This spicy green onion miso contains sake lees and green chili peppers, making it irresistible with alcohol!

JPY 280

White Salami

Sourced from 'Tango Kingdom' in Kyotango City, Kyoto Prefecture. An exquisite salami with a white mold flavor on the surface and the rich umami of aged meat that seeps out the more you chew.
