A luxurious meal set that allows you to fully enjoy the proud ingredients of Ibaraki (grilled chicken salad style with Tsukuba chicken, fried long green onions and lotus root from Ibaraki, potato salad made with Silk Sweet potatoes from Ibaraki, marinated mustard from Hitachi, anglerfish nanban-zuke, Ibaraki funa natto, rice from Ibaraki, pickles, and soup).

A new specialty dish from Ibaraki, arranged using the national dish of Thailand, 'Gapao', with plenty of local ingredients such as Tsukuba chicken and lotus root. Please break the fried egg made with Okukuji eggs and mix the yolk with the ingredients before enjoying.

Using additive-free pickled plums from 'Chiharu Plum'. The crispy tempura bits and the umami of the broth blend with the elegant acidity and aroma of the plum, allowing you to enjoy it refreshingly until the last drop.

Rich miso flavor with plenty of ankimo. Using 'Tatsugo Miso' established 200 years ago. Noodles are from 'Suzutomo Seimen'. Add rice for an additional 300 yen (tax included).
