A luxurious meal that allows you to fully enjoy the proud ingredients of Ibaraki (grilled chicken salad style with Tsukuba chicken, fried long green onions and lotus root from Ibaraki, potato salad made with Ibaraki silk sweet, marinated mustard from Hitachi, anglerfish nanban-zuke, Ibaraki funa natto, rice from Ibaraki, pickles, and soup).

Rich miso flavor with plenty of ankimo. Using 'Tatsugo Miso' which has been in business for 200 years. Noodles are from 'Suzutomo Seimen'. Add rice for an additional 300 yen (tax included).
This is a cold soba dish that can be enjoyed refreshingly with nutritious black natto and grated daikon. Fried lotus root from Ibaraki Prefecture adds a nice accent. The soba dipping sauce uses the specially made sauce from Jikuan.
