Centered around carefully selected high-quality fresh sea urchin, each dish is crafted using cooking methods that bring out the umami of the ingredients. Among them, the signature 'Luxury Sea Urchin Hot Pot' is an exquisite dish where the rich sea urchin broth melds with the umami of seafood. From the first bite to the risotto, this course allows sea urchin lovers to immerse themselves in the lingering flavor of sea urchin.
It can be enjoyed as sashimi on its own, or added to a course. You can also dissolve it in hot pot broth or enjoy it in shabu-shabu. A must-order for sea urchin lovers. *Prices vary depending on size.
