We have prepared a "full of sea urchin" course that only a restaurant specializing in sea urchin cuisine can offer. Each dish is prepared with carefully selected high quality fresh sea urchins, using a cooking method that draws out the flavor of the ingredients. The famous "Luxurious Undan Hot Pot" is a superb dish in which the rich Undan broth blends with the delicious flavor of the seafood.
