This is the top course of the "Ura-namba Limited" menu, where you can enjoy matured sushi and creative fish dishes. You can enjoy 12 pieces of the finest nigiri, including a comparison of the large, medium, and red meat of tuna, a sumptuous mix of aged and seasonal fish, seasonal delicacies, bowls, and our specialty, the "Kyokusanshoku (three kinds of sushi) in a luxurious small bowl".
