Enjoy the finest Saga beef tongue and fresh Kyushu fish. This banquet course is perfect for the coming season and includes fresh sashimi, horse sashimi, and seasonal fresh fish tempura.
Choose from two types of shabu-shabu and sukiyaki hot pot using A5 black wagyu beef from Satsuma. You can also enjoy luxurious Kyushu cuisine such as Saga beef, fresh fish directly from the market, and horse sashimi from Kumamoto.
