Restaurant’s terms and conditions Cancellation of reservation for parties of 10 or more need to be made 3 hrs before reservation time. or will be charged $15 per person. A note from the restaurant Exciting news! As of February 1st, the Franklin will be serving food in the Parlor Bar every day of the week! (No reservations required, walk-ins only). Our special Parlor Bar menu will be available from 12pm-10pm Friday-Saturday, and 3pm-9pm Sunday-Thursday.
