The horse mackerel fry made with fresh horse mackerel for sashimi is coated with panko and fried after you place your order, making it crispy! On the other hand, the raw fish has a fluffy texture. Enjoy it with our homemade Japanese-style tartar sauce!

A genuine dish with an extremely rich seafood broth! It is a carefully crafted item that rivals specialty shops. Please leave the finishing touches to Mankichi! Be sure to experience the Mankichi style that pursues deliciousness to the very end!

We absolutely do not use small or poorly filled oysters! If the oyster is not well-filled after opening, we will definitely use a new one, ensuring that it is of a size that will delight our customers when they see it. Limited quantity available, so please act quickly!

The daily special of Kamaboko fish stew is also a classic menu item at Makichi! The deliciousness of the rich, thick stew is of course wonderful, and the after-meal delight of using the stew broth for 'egg over rice' is also exquisite!

This is a classic dish that you can't miss! We carefully select high-quality ingredients, resulting in an incredibly creamy flavor! Many customers say this is the best milt they've ever tasted. Enjoy it while it's in season!

Mountain vegetables are a staple of tempura during this season! We will serve four different types daily from options such as butterbur sprouts, taranome, kogomi, urui, wild garlic, bracken, chives, and buds. We will serve them crispy!

Actually, firefly squid require a lot of preparation. We serve them ready to eat at the restaurant! They pair well with the mountain vegetable uruoi, and this time of year, they are particularly large and filled with miso, making it the best time to enjoy them!

The thick Spanish mackerel is at its best during this season with excellent fat content! It may seem inferior to other menu items at first glance, but the taste is exceptional! We prepare and grill the whole Spanish mackerel for sashimi in-house, so please try our unique grilled fish!

If the timing is right, our store occasionally has days when we prepare hairy crabs and snow crabs! Of course, if you let us know by phone, we can also prepare them for you, so please feel free to ask.
