The night of Wakaba starts from 10 PM... Limited sale from 10 PM, using carefully selected ingredients from the production area, made with over 14 types of spices to create a special roux. Additionally, an original vegetable puree is combined with spices and simmered slowly. It is a refreshing curry that is rich in vegetables while still allowing the spices to be felt.
