By enjoying this course, you will have practically consumed an entire soft-shelled turtle! It includes soft-shelled turtle jelly, soft-shelled turtle stew with kelp, soft-shelled turtle dumplings, soft-shelled turtle namul, soft-shelled turtle egg tofu, miso-pickled soft-shelled turtle eggs (in the case of females), grilled soft-shelled turtle hands with salt, soft-shelled turtle liver sashimi, live soft-shelled turtle blood, soft-shelled turtle gallbladder sake, soft-shelled turtle hot pot, soft-shelled turtle porridge, pickles, and ice cream.

The Suppon Kakketsu, which is the pre-meal drink of the course, can also be ordered additionally by the glass! This Suppon Kakketsu, mixed with Koshino Kanbai and live blood, has received feedback that it is easier to drink than expected.
