In Kyoto City Uzumasa, we cultivate seasonal vegetables without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers. We actively incorporate new technologies such as soil microbial diagnostics and yellow LED moth repellent lights. Our rice is made using Ashida Farm's Hinohikari and is cooked in an earthen pot.
In Yamato Koriyama City, Nara Prefecture, it is believed that the main causes of modern diseases such as allergies and lifestyle-related diseases stem from food, based on personal experience. Therefore, they are dedicated to growing vegetables as a way to contribute. They also hold agricultural experiences for local children for food education.
In Kizugawa City, Kyoto Prefecture, we grow vegetables using natural farming methods without the use of any pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or organic fertilizers, relying solely on the power of the soil. The vegetables cultivated with the strength of the soil, the microorganisms living there, and the blessings of the sun have a gentle flavor that is free from bitterness and astringency. Please enjoy these pure-tasting vegetables.
Located in Higashiomi City, Shiga Prefecture, we are committed to cultivating all vegetables using organic fertilizers produced in-house, with the goal of establishing a circular agricultural technology. Our vision for the farm is to create a space where all living beings can thrive. We deliver directly from the farm to our customers. To promote this direct interaction, we have set up a direct sales store called 'Fresh Vegetables' in the Sanjo Shopping District of Kyoto.
In Kyotofu Kyotango City, this fish shop allows customers to select local fish caught that very morning, only purchasing the fish they like. They prioritize providing 'delicious, safe, and secure fish' to their customers. They have a strong commitment to selling fish directly, as they believe that selling online reduces freshness.
